As a woman in a traditionally male-dominated industry, I started a general contracting company to combine my passion for design and construction with the desire to create a business where attention to detail and personal relationships with clients are at the forefront. I wanted to break stereotypes and prove that women can thrive in construction, delivering impeccable work while managing successful projects.
