About Us

HPM Craftsmen has been renovating homes in the Hudson Valley since 2008. We're based in Holmes, NY, and we work throughout Dutchess, Putnam, and Orange Counties — kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and the kinds of layout changes that older homes in this region often need. Sixteen years in, we're a team of twelve people who take this work seriously.

We're woman-owned, which still turns heads in construction. We've never thought of it as a marketing angle — it's just who we are, and it shapes how we operate. Our clients tend to notice it in the details: the communication, the way we treat their home during a project, the fact that someone actually picks up the phone. We were featured in Hudson Valley Magazine for exactly this, and it's not something we've had to manufacture. It's how we've run jobs from the beginning.

The work itself matters enormously to us. We're not a company that chases volume or takes every job that comes through the door. We do renovations where craft is visible in the result — where the tile work is right, the trim is right, the addition looks like it was always there. Our clients come back to us for second and third projects, and they refer their neighbors. That's the business model we've built, and we intend to keep it.
